Visas

New Zealand Opens for Nomads

New Zealand is rolling out the welcome mat for digital nomads with a new visa policy that lets remote workers soak up its breathtaking landscapes while working online…without breaking the rules.

Visitors can now work remotely for overseas employers or clients while staying in the country for up to 90 days. This change applies to all visitor visa categories, including tourists and family visitors.

Applicants can submit their applications online, with a fee of NZD $341, and may also need to pay an additional $100 for the International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy.
